My work spans enterprise platforms and AAA games, combining systems thinking, user research, and visual craft.

Designed an explainable AI decision-support framework for Capital One's risk management platform.
Modernized 10-year-old enterprise platforms by simplifying dense dashboards, reporting workflows, and data management.
Used player behavior, qualitative feedback, and game data to redesign competitive progression and create a more motivating ranked-play experience.
Brought onto the team late in development when the UI was not on track to meet Blizzard's quality bar. I established the visual language and created UI mockups across navigation, social features, progression, training, Arcade, and commerce.
I started my product design career at Blizzard Entertainment, designing interfaces and player experiences for StarCraft II. Since then, I've applied the same focus on behavior, interaction, and systems to complex products at Marriott, Monster Government Solutions, and Capital One. I like making complicated things easier to understand and, more importantly, building things people actually want to use.
Open to Senior and Lead Product Design roles.
